"Guys,look a mouse!" hissed Socks. She dropped down low and clumsy pounced at it. A flash of orange went through the tree's as soon as she grabbed the mouses tail with her claws."Uh...W-who's there?" she whispered.
"Rah!" a flame colored tom pounced onto Socks. "Ack!" yelped Socks and she unsheathed her claws, "Get off!" she kicked the tom with her hind legs and sung her teeth into his front right leg. "Fireheart!What are you doing?!" yowled a long haired gray warrior. "I found a trespasser hunting in our territory!" he snarled. The gray warrior laughed, "Exactly how I found you! I'm Graystripe. That's Fireheart." he said nodding to the flame colored tom,"Who are you?"
"I-i am Socks, the bob tailed one is Skunk, the other is Trigger." Socks said shakily, "Are you going to eat us? Please don't! our house folk will be mad!" Graystripe laughed,"We wont eat you! And I see your kitty pets?"
Socks tilted her head, "Kitty pets?" Graystripe explained clan ways and kitty pets and stuff. "We could use some apprentice's...I'll speak to Bluestar;of course if you want to join the clan." he asked.
"I would love to join the clan!" exclaimed Socks. "If Socks does I will..." Trigger spoke up. "I-i wont... My housefolk would miss me." Skunk said quietly and sadly. " I best be going.." he dashed of toward his house folk's nest.
"Meet me back here at sun-high tomorrow. Okay?" Graystripe dashed away.
Socks and Trigger headed home. "See ya at sun-high!" Socks said and pushed through the cat flap. "Bye!" called Trigger.
